Park Circle Films is all about South Carolina filmmakers. We want, need, crave local content. Don't feel like you have to wait until the next Lowcountry Indie Shorts festival to get your work shown; submissions are accepted all year. While it's easier to program a feature, there is plenty of room for high-quality shorts and features, whether new or old.
